Cancellation / return policy
You can cancel your order as follows:
Before the order is completed, during the electronic process of your order you can at any time press the corresponding option, you can automatically stop the order process and you can continue to browse our website.

Returns / changes policy within Greece
Our online store gives you the opportunity to return the products for any reason, which you are not obliged to notify us. The return must be made within 14 working days from the day of receipt of your order.
All changes of orders are made with the current prices of the products on both sides and not with the prices that existed during the period when they were purchased.

How to Return

After receiving our approval, visit or call the nearest Courier store that we will indicate to you so that they can pick up or deliver the product you want to return.
Customer expenses for returns / changes within Greece
Our online store is charged with the cost of returning the goods only when:
Delivered late (except in cases of force majeure).
Has been delivered with damage or is defective.
It does not have the features that are presented in our online store. In any other case the cost of the return is borne by you.
Our company has the right to modify the terms of transactions. Our company has the responsibility to immediately update the text which refers to the terms of the transaction when any change regarding the terms is decided. The online store of our company fully follows the International and European DI and for the issues of e-commerce transactions as well as the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994) which regulates issues of distance selling.
